The following guidelines are applicable for accepting and screening nominations. A nomination will be considered complete and valid only if it adheres to the guidelines mentioned below:
1. Nominations can be submitted across all categories. Multiple nominations may be submitted within a category; however, a separate nomination form must be used for each entry.
2. Self-nominations are not permitted. Nominations must be submitted by a third-party individual or organization.
3. Winners of last year’s awards are not eligible to apply this year.
4. The nominated individual or organization should have initiatives contributing to the composite State of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana (existing prior to 2 June 2014).
5. All sections of the nomination form must be completed. In case any field is not applicable, please mention “N/A”. Incomplete forms may not be considered valid entries.
6. Nominators may upload up to one supporting document to demonstrate the impact of the initiative or innovation.
7. The last date for submission of nomination forms is 15th March 2026, by 6:00 PM.

9. Participation in the Awards shall be deemed as acceptance of the Rules and Regulations stated herein.

11. The final decision regarding the award recipients rests with the Jury, and their decision shall be final and binding on all applicants.
12. All information provided in the nomination form will be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of evaluating the nomination for the Awards.
13. Awards and recognitions are applicable for initiatives undertaken during the period from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
14. For the Young Achiever Awards, only individuals aged between 18 years and 40 years as on 31st December 2024 are eligible.
15. Upon successful submission of the nomination, a Registration ID will be generated for future reference. The nomination form can be edited using the Login ID and Password, which will be the Registration ID.
